Each year, we pause to reflect on what our events create beyond the stages, tents, and crowds. The 2025 Bold Hat Community Impact Report captures that story clearly — the people, partnerships, and shared effort that make our work meaningful.
At Bold Hat Productions, our mission goes beyond producing great events. It’s about strengthening the communities where we live, work, and play, supporting small businesses, and creating spaces where people can truly connect. Looking back on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of what our community accomplished together.
Real Impact Across Our Region
In 2025, Bold Hat events welcomed more than 128,000 guests, generating $5.3 million in total economic impact across our region. From Fremont Fair and Kirkland Uncorked to South Lake Union Block Party and Fremont Oktoberfest, these events fueled local spending, supported tourism, and strengthened the neighborhoods that host us.
That impact included 2,751 hotel room nights booked and more than $125,000 in local taxes collected, reinforcing the role our events play in supporting local economies and public services.
Supporting Local Businesses and Entrepreneurs
Supporting small and independent businesses remains central to what we do. In 2025, Bold Hat events supported 600+ local businesses, providing high-visibility platforms for artists, makers, food vendors, wineries, breweries, and nonprofits.
Across our festivals, hundreds of businesses were able to grow their reach, connect with new audiences, and thrive because our community continues to show up and support local.
Powered by Volunteers and Event Staff
Our events don’t happen without people. In 2025, Bold Hat was supported by more than 1,000 volunteers and we hired dozens of event staff across our festivals. Volunteers, gig workers, and event professionals are the heart of every event, bringing energy, care, and commitment to each experience we create.
To every volunteer, staff member, vendor, and partner who helped make these events possible — thank you. Your contributions matter more than you know.
Giving Back Through the Bold Giving Foundation
Giving back is a core part of our impact. Through the Bold Giving Foundation, we raised over $58,000 for local nonprofits in 2025, supporting organizations such as the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, and Immanuel Community Services.
By using our events as platforms for fundraising and volunteer engagement, we’re able to extend our impact well beyond festival weekends.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look toward 2026, the momentum is strong. With our region preparing to host the World Cup and an expanding network of partners and collaborators, the year ahead is shaping up to be one of innovation, expanded impact, and unforgettable experiences.
